Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant
As a Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant at Braze, you will be instrumental in driving new and expansion revenue by enhancing the understanding and adoption of the BrazeAI portfolio. This role involves serving as a pre-sales data scientist, collaborating with enterprise clients to scope use cases, establish credibility, and lead educational programs. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, inspiring them to transform customer lifecycle marketing through innovative AI solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include representing the BrazeAI product portfolio to top prospects, leading technical discussions on advanced data science topics, and executing demos and proofs of concept. Additionally, you will serve as the primary instructor for AI Academy programs, conduct interactive workshops to teach AI concepts, and act as a thought leader by evangelizing the benefits of AI testing and reinforcement learning. Maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and collaborating cross-functionally to improve Braze’s products are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with enterprise customers, developing strong consultative relationships, and demonstrating a track record of persuasion. You should be an engaging presenter with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A solid grasp of machine learning, including familiarity with reinforcement learning, is essential. Understanding the marketing technology ecosystem, being analytically driven, structured, organized, and possessing strong problem-solving skills are also critical. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
