Senior Legal Counsel

NICE is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their London-based team, providing comprehensive legal services with a primary focus on commercial transactions. This role offers the opportunity to engage with NICE's diverse international operations across the EMEA region, contributing to the company's strategic initiatives and growth.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will serve as a strategic partner, offering legal guidance across various business segments and products. Your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and negotiating customer and partner agreements, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations, and collaborating with global legal teams to share best practices. Additionally, you will advise on data privacy and cybersecurity laws pertinent to NICE's international operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years' post-qualification experience, with a proven track record in multinational technology companies, particularly in cloud services, SaaS, software, and services. Strong drafting skills, solid experience in intellectual property and data privacy, and familiarity with AI are essential. A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an internationally recognized university is required.
