Senior Legal Operations Manager
The Senior Legal Operations Manager at Komodo Health will play a pivotal role within the Legal and Compliance team, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure operational excellence in legal processes. Day-to-day responsibilities for this position include driving continuous process improvements, managing legal projects, maintaining legal operations platforms and tools, and facilitating contract management, e-billing, and spend management initiatives. The Senior Legal Operations Manager will also oversee the development and implementation of policies, manage outside counsel relationships, track critical metrics, and support compliance efforts.
Candidates for this role should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess considerable experience in legal operations, preferably within a technology or healthcare-focused organization. Strong project management skills, proficiency with legal technology tools, and a demonstrated ability to lead process optimization efforts are essential.
