Senior Logistics Manager, APAC
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead and enhance logistics operations within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, encompassing countries such as Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. This pivotal role involves establishing and scaling a high-performance logistics network to ensure swift and reliable operations across the region. The position is based in Costa Mesa, California, and requires a leader capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels to support mission-critical programs.
The Senior Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing and executing carrier strategies across various transportation modes, including over-the-road (LTL, FTL), air, ocean, and parcel. Key duties include sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and last-mile carriers. The role also entails designing and optimizing distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation services to enhance network efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, the manager will lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts, oversee vendor performance, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of eight years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, particularly within the APAC region, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling logistics operations in regional or international settings, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills are essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance is also necessary.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience, education, and critical skills.
