Senior Logistics Program Manager, Autonomous Airpower

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Logistics Program Manager to lead developmental logistics tasks for the Autonomous Airpower program in Costa Mesa, California. This role involves independently managing logistics deliverables and collaborating directly with customers to ensure program success.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all program phases from conceptualization to completion, developing and coordinating logistics Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and working with engineering teams to establish design concepts and criteria. The role also requires acting as the primary contact for logistics and sustainment program issues, preparing proposals and business plans, and ensuring technical leadership through talent development.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or a related technical field, or have 5+ years of equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years in managing complex programs and logistics administration is required. Technical expertise in logistics management principles, experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, and/or spare analysis, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance are essential.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 annually, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost.
