Senior Management & Technology Consultant - AI & Process Analytics
As a Senior Management & Technology Consultant - AI & Process Analytics at Celonis, you will collaborate directly with strategic customers to understand their objectives and challenges, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI to deliver measurable business value. Utilizing Celonis' Process Intelligence platform in conjunction with leading AI and ML technologies, you will prototype solutions, demonstrate their value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption to expand Celonis' footprint within client organizations.
Key responsibilities include working closely with enterprise customers to identify areas where AI can provide significant business value, designing scalable AI solution architectures that integrate Celonis' platform with modern AI technologies, rapidly building prototypes to showcase tangible outcomes, leading AI innovation sessions such as workshops and hackathons, driving adoption and measurable impact of AI deployments, and developing deep expertise in specific industries or business domains to scale knowledge across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture roles. They should excel at translating business challenges into technical solutions, effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders, possess a solid understanding of business processes across sectors like supply chain or finance, demonstrate strong presentation skills, have experience prototyping solutions with Python and modern AI frameworks, and be familiar with generative AI architectures such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields being a plus.
