As a Senior Management & Technology Consultant - AI & Process Analytics (Public Sector) at Celonis, you will collaborate directly with strategic public sector clients to understand their objectives and challenges, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration. Utilizing Celonis' Process Intelligence platform alongside leading AI and machine learning technologies, you will develop solutions that transform business processes and deliver measurable value.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying AI opportunities by analyzing clients' strategic priorities, designing scalable AI-powered solutions that integrate Celonis' platform with modern AI technologies, and rapidly prototyping these solutions to demonstrate tangible outcomes. Additionally, you will lead AI innovation initiatives such as workshops and hackathons, drive adoption and business impact by partnering with client teams, and develop deep expertise in specific industries or business domains to scale knowledge across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture roles. A strong ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions, excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders, and a solid understanding of business processes across sectors are essential. Proficiency in prototyping solutions with Python and modern AI frameworks, familiarity with generative AI architectures, and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields are required; a master's degree is preferred.
