Diligent Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Alliances & Partnerships to lead the strategy and execution of revenue generation and customer value through a portfolio of high-impact technology partners. This role involves owning partner-sourced and influenced pipelines at scale, guiding multi-year joint business plans, and ensuring strong executive alignment with strategic partners. The position operates on a hybrid model, with an expectation of 50% office-based work; however, remote working arrangements may also be considered. This opportunity is open to candidates based in the United States only.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing the global or multi-region technology partner strategy, setting direction, priorities, and investment focus across a portfolio of strategic partners. The role requires driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue at scale, including forecasting, target setting, and regular performance reviews with senior leadership. Additionally, the Senior Manager will lead joint business planning and executive alignment with top partners, covering solution roadmap, integration strategy, and multi-year go-to-market plans. Overseeing cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to remove systemic blockers and standardize partner motions and processes is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS partnerships, channels, or alliances, including direct accountability for partner-sourced and influenced revenue. Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environments, with a proven track record working with major Global System Integrators, Advisory firms, as well as smaller, specialist system integrators, is required. The candidate should demonstrate advanced commercial and analytical skills, including portfolio management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making on partner investments and performance. A deep understanding of SaaS products, integrations, and ecosystems, with the ability to align partner roadmaps to company strategy and customer needs, is also necessary. Experience in leading and mentoring partner teams, setting standards, and building repeatable playbooks and processes for the function is essential.
