Senior Manager, Autonomy Support
The Senior Manager, Autonomy Support at May Mobility will lead the Autonomy Support team, focusing on transforming field data into actionable insights to enhance autonomous vehicle operations. This role is pivotal in redesigning processes for data ingestion, triage, and resolution tracking, ensuring scalable and efficient handling of operational issues as the fleet expands.
Key responsibilities include establishing strategic goals for the support team, managing the complete lifecycle of field issues from detection to resolution, and implementing scalable processes for data management. The role also involves defining issue qualification standards, building frameworks for data-driven decision-making, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Safety, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Business Development to maintain alignment and visibility.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in managing technical support teams focused on complex system designs. Required skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools, experience with problem-solving in customer service environments, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Jira and BI platforms such as AWS QuickSight or Tableau is also essential.
