Key responsibilities include leading initiatives that improve gross and delivery margins, optimizing care models by aligning tasks with appropriate teams, and implementing processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency. The Senior Manager will also establish operating cadences for strategic priorities, develop mechanisms for proactive management, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution of clinical operations strategies.
Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or strategy and operations within high-growth tech or startup environments. A proven track record of implementing cross-functional programs, strong operational skills in process design and measurement, and exceptional communication abilities are essential. Experience in clinical operations or related fields is preferred.
Spring Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $121,000 to $140,000, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
