Key responsibilities include contributing to a data-driven content strategy aligned with business and pipeline goals, identifying growth opportunities through competitive analysis and performance data, and ensuring content supports the full marketing funnel. The role also involves defining KPIs, measuring content performance across various metrics, and translating analytics into strategic recommendations. Additionally, the Senior Manager will manage and mentor a team of writers, providing feedback and professional development support, while building scalable processes to improve content consistency and impact.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments, with deep expertise in SEO strategy and content optimization. Strong analytical skills, proven experience in mentoring or managing writers, exceptional writing and editing abilities, and a strategic mindset paired with operational discipline are essential. Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and AHREFS is also required.

The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 USD annually.
