Kaseya is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager of Content Marketing to lead the development and execution of high-impact content strategies aimed at driving awareness, demand, and growth. This role reports to the Senior Director of Content Marketing and offers the flexibility of remote work within Canada or the United States.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for building a data-driven content strategy aligned with business and pipeline goals, identifying growth opportunities through competitive analysis and performance data, and ensuring content supports the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion. Additionally, the role involves supporting SEO and GEO content strategies by optimizing content and adhering to EEAT best practices.
Key responsibilities include defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring content performance across traffic, engagement, rankings, and conversion metrics. The Senior Manager will translate analytics into actionable recommendations, collaborate with marketing operations and demand generation teams to connect content performance to pipeline impact, and continuously optimize content investments based on return on investment (ROI) and growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments, and possess deep expertise in SEO strategy and content optimization. Strong analytical skills, proven experience in mentoring or managing writers, exceptional writing and editing abilities, and proficiency with marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs are essential.
