The Senior Manager, Customer Operations at May Mobility will oversee a team of 4-8 Site Managers and their respective deployments. This role is pivotal in defining and driving strategic operational excellence, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for users, and delivering measurable impact on company-wide financial and efficiency goals. Financial accountability is also crucial, with responsibilities encompassing meeting financial goals and aligning spending with operating budgets across sites.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record as a formal people leader in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment. An associate degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field is required. Essential skills include exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, experience in strategic planning and execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment, and proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Atlassian products. The candidate should also demonstrate flexibility to define and implement adaptive processes and lead organizational change management initiatives.
