Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Developmental Operations to lead the manufacturing activities of its Rocket Motor Systems division. This strategic role involves establishing, managing, and optimizing developmental operations processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production, preparing for the transition to full-rate production.

The Senior Manager will oversee a diverse team of over 50 engineers, technicians, and operators across multiple shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities include maturing processes, improving workflows, and defining systems in alignment with Anduril’s AS9100 quality management system and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Key functions encompass tooling design and fabrication, chemical manufacturing, testing, hardware integration, and electrical engineering systems.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, with a master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in production or manufacturing management within the aerospace, defense, energetics, or related industry is required. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in leading low-rate production operations of highly hazardous materials, strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 to $171,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
