Senior Manager, Disclosure Reporting- Fixed Assets
The Senior Manager, Disclosure Reporting - Fixed Assets at CoreWeave will lead the preparation of consolidated cash flow statements for investing activities and oversee the development of fixed asset footnote disclosures and management discussion and analysis for public filings. This role involves close collaboration with finance and business teams to enhance reporting processes that support operational decisions and reviews. Additionally, the position requires working with Treasury and Procurement to understand new financing transactions and appropriately incorporate them into reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include leading the preparation of consolidated cash flow statements for investing activities, developing fixed asset footnote disclosures, collaborating with finance and business teams to enhance reporting processes, and working with Treasury and Procurement to integrate new financing transactions into reporting.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, and a professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, CMA, or CA. Preferred qualifications include public accounting experience and familiarity with NetSuite. The role requires strong analytical judgment, proactive organization, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
CoreWeave offers a competitive base salary ranging from $135,000 to $198,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
