Senior Manager, Field Systems & AI

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Systems & AI to lead the integration of artificial intelligence into revenue operations. This role bridges the gap between sales, revenue operations, and technology, focusing on enhancing productivity through AI-driven solutions. The position is based in the United States and offers a hybrid work model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations leaders to map and improve processes across lead management, pipeline forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions, building prototypes, and scaling them into production systems. You will also manage and enhance the RevOps tech stack, setting standards for automation and data management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations with strong technical skills or a background in strategic systems integration consulting for enterprise B2B high-tech companies. Proficiency in administering and configuring enterprise GTM tech stacks such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential. Experience with AI platforms like Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini for task automation and development is also required.
