The Senior Manager, Foundry Strategic Design Alliances & Ecosystem Sales at Samsung Semiconductor will lead initiatives to expand the company's North American foundry business. This role involves building a customer pipeline to scale revenue associated with Design Solution Partners (DSPs) and other strategic design houses. Key responsibilities include driving incremental revenue through DSP and strategic partner engagements, leading communications and negotiations between Samsung Foundry, design partners, and end-customers to secure design awards, and managing the technical and commercial proposals to ensure competitive and realistic targets. The role also involves overseeing the design flow process, ensuring projects stay on track for tape-out, and managing the hand-off to the fabrication team.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related physical science with at least 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience. A solid understanding of the semiconductor foundry, ASIC, and OSAT landscape is essential. Strong business strategy formulation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills are required. The candidate should be an avid learner, capable of leading complex, multi-party negotiations, and adept at building collaborative relationships.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $176,000 to $280,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
