This role involves collaborating with a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, product managers, creatives, marketers, and business leaders to enhance access to therapy services. The position is remote, with periodic travel to the San Jose, California office.

The Senior Manager will develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at increasing utilization, activation, engagement, and retention among covered populations. The role also involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs), leading experimentation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and alignment with mental health best practices.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or engagement marketing, with at least two to three years in a strategic or leadership capacity. Experience in B2B2C models, particularly within healthcare, benefits, EAP, or subscription-based services, is preferred. Proficiency in segmentation, journey orchestration, and marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze is essential. Strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of privacy and compliance practices in regulated industries are also required.

The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $180,000 annually, with eligibility for a performance bonus. Benefits include remote work opportunities with company-sponsored in-person events, comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, a holistic perks program featuring free therapy and wellness initiatives, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.

BetterHelp fosters a supportive and inclusive company culture that prioritizes employee mental health and professional development. The organization values collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to expanding access to mental health services. Employees are encouraged to carve their own paths, make immediate impacts, and are supported by a community dedicated to personal and professional growth.
