Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Remote, you will serve as the strategic engine behind our global go-to-market execution. This role involves architecting and managing the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring the integrity of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, and measuring marketing's business impact. You will collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to deliver a state-of-the-art marketing stack that supports Remote's growth, and work with Sales technology teams to create a holistic customer lifecycle approach.

Key responsibilities include owning the selection, integration, and long-term health of the MarTech stack, designing and governing the global lead lifecycle, leading planning and prioritization cycles for Marketing Operations, defining standards for campaign taxonomy and funnel metrics in collaboration with Revenue Analytics, driving operational rigor through documentation and QA processes, and managing a team of specialists to foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a "Future Mindset" exploring how AI and automation can optimize lead scoring, personalization, and operational workflows. A minimum of 7 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment is required. Experience in managing and developing talent, understanding systems architecture, providing advanced analytics, structured problem-solving, leading cross-functional initiatives, and excellent communication skills are essential.
