The Senior Manager, Marketplace at Metropolis will play a pivotal role in scaling the Metropolis Marketplace, a central inventory system and e-commerce platform that dynamically distributes aggregated first- and third-party supply across consumer and enterprise demand channels. This position is integral to the Growth organization and serves as a focal point for strategic partnerships within the company.

Key responsibilities include managing existing B2C partnerships to drive significant financial returns through dedicated relationship management and optimization. The role also involves developing new partnerships from sourcing and deal structuring to integration project management and post-launch optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy is essential to execute the Marketplace roadmap effectively.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced company, with demonstrated success in managing commercial partnerships, including account management and end-to-end deal execution. Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication are crucial. Experience in two-sided marketplaces, AI technology, mobility, real estate, or related fields is a plus.

Metropolis offers a competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $175,000 annually, determined by various factors including qualifications, experience, and location.
