Key responsibilities include designing and implementing innovative material management strategies using lean principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely material delivery, and aligning material availability with production schedules to meet customer demands. The role also involves owning and analyzing key performance indicators related to production line efficiency, implementing inventory control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related technical field, along with over 10 years of experience in material flow engineering, inventory control, or supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in reading technical documentation, understanding various hardware manufacturing processes, and experience with ERP and WMS systems are essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time and relocation to Columbus, Ohio if not already local.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 to $171,000 annually, with actual compensation varying based on experience and qualifications.
