Senior Manager, Paid Social and Programmatic
Motive is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social and Programmatic, to lead and expand our paid media initiatives across social and programmatic channels. This role is integral to transforming our paid media efforts into a predictable, full-funnel revenue engine. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless integration of paid media into Motive's go-to-market strategy, driving measurable pipeline impact.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing Motive's paid media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, 6sense, and Viant. The role involves translating demand generation priorities into scalable, full-funnel paid media plans, establishing clear hypotheses, testing roadmaps, and success metrics. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, build and scale full-funnel programs, and lead a video-first strategy to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 7–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in paid social and programmatic channels. A proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue impact, experience in demand generation or campaign-driven environments, and 2–4+ years of managing teams or agencies are essential. Deep expertise in platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, 6sense, and Viant, as well as a strong understanding of demand generation and account-based marketing strategies, are also required.
Motive offers a competitive base compensation range of $155,000 to $186,000 USD.
