Senior Manager, Partner Programs & Strategy
Diligent is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Programs & Strategy to develop and enhance a global partner program that transforms partner interactions into scalable operations, enabling partners to drive revenue, adoption, and customer impact across our ecosystem. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in creating structured, data-driven programs and translating strategy into operational execution, with a hands-on approach to partner program design, governance, and performance management.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive partner program frameworks across various channels, including Advisory, Resale, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), AWS Marketplace, and Technology Alliances. Your duties will encompass onboarding, enablement, certification, governance, incentives, and deal registration. Additionally, you will define partner Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develop performance dashboards, and provide executive reporting on pipeline, bookings, revenue attribution, and forecasts, utilizing insights to continuously optimize program performance and partner Return on Investment (ROI).
The role requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment across Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, partner data models, attribution rules, and commercial processes. You will also support the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, pricing and incentives, Market Development Funds (MDF) and commission processes, as well as ongoing governance, compliance, and optimization of program performance.
Candidates should possess 7–10+ years of experience in partner programs and/or partner operations within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Experience working across multiple partner types, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators (SIs), Resellers, MSPs, Technology Partners, and cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace), is essential. A strong background in program governance, process design, and change management in complex, matrixed environments is required. Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with PRM/partner portal platforms, along with strong analytical and financial modeling skills, are also necessary.
