Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior business partnership or HR leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in leading HRBP teams across multiple functions or geographies is essential. A strong command of organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy is required, along with proven ability to collaborate with COEs and business executives to deliver measurable people outcomes. Experience in fast-scaling, complex, or matrixed organizations, particularly within the fintech, banking, or technology sectors, is preferred.
