Senior Manager, People Programs
The Senior Manager, People Programs at Voyager Technologies is an individual contributor role responsible for developing and executing projects that support enterprise initiatives across Talent, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Operations. This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent and Performance and is part of the People team based in Denver, Colorado. The role is remote, with potential travel to locations such as Folsom and Long Beach, California; Denver and Pueblo, Colorado; and Huntsville, Alabama.
Key responsibilities include managing employer brand campaigns by coordinating content and timelines with Marketing and Communications, building out the Talent Champion Program to develop business leaders into talent advocates, and overseeing logistics for performance review cycles. The role also involves project management of succession planning and talent review cycles, supporting job architecture and leveling with Compensation and Benefits, and leading change management initiatives for HR technology and process rollouts. Additionally, the Senior Manager will document HR processes through standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams to support continuous improvement.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience. This experience should include project coordination across at least three of the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations. Demonstrated project management experience supporting HR initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities is essential. Experience in the defense, national security, space, or government contracting industry is preferred.
The position offers a base salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
