The Senior Manager, People Technology at Webflow is responsible for leading the architecture and evolution of the company's People technology ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring the system's reliability, scalability, and advancement toward intelligent, agentic solutions. The role involves partnering with People and Operations leaders to streamline workflows across the employee lifecycle, leveraging automation and AI opportunities. Additionally, the Senior Manager will evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows, set standards for system agents, and stay at the forefront of AI tooling and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with over 8 years in People Technology or HRIS management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Advanced expertise in Workday, including core HCM and at least one functional area such as Compensation, Time-off, or Advanced Reporting, is required. Experience in building integrations, automations, and AI-assisted workflows using platforms like Zapier or Workato is essential. A strong knowledge of HR data, people processes, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA) is also necessary.

Compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. In the United States, the base pay ranges are as follows:

- Zone A: $172,000 - $215,000
- Zone B: $161,600 - $202,000
- Zone C: $152,000 - $190,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with target amounts varying by career level and payouts based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
