The Senior Manager, Sales Operations at Lighthouse will lead a global team of sales operations professionals, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. This role is pivotal in providing strategic guidance and support to the sales organization, ensuring efficient operations and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing a team of sales operations specialists, evaluating and implementing scalable sales operations structures, and executing strategies to enhance sales processes. The role also involves overseeing the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards for sales leadership, partnering with Sales Enablement to manage global sales processes, and acting as a key point of contact for the sales team regarding the Salesforce lead-to-quote-to-cash process.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or revenue operations, particularly within complex sales organizations with multiple roles. Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies, especially those that have undergone mergers and acquisitions, is highly valued. Demonstrated team management experience, in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and exceptional organizational and communication abilities are essential. Fluency in English and a proactive approach to integrating AI and automation into workflows are also required.
