The Senior Manager, Sales Operations at Lighthouse will lead a global team of sales operations professionals, providing strategic guidance and support to the sales organization. This role is pivotal in shaping sales strategies and capitalizing on revenue opportunities across the global business. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Sales Operations and collaborate closely with other teams and senior leadership to ensure the commercial teams operate effectively.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing a team of five sales operations professionals, evaluating and implementing changes to create a unified, scalable tactical sales operations team, and executing the sales operations strategy by identifying process enhancements. The role also involves overseeing the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards for sales leadership, partnering with Sales Enablement to manage and enforce global sales processes, and acting as a key point of contact for the sales team regarding the Salesforce lead-to-quote-to-cash process. Additionally, the Senior Manager will manage stakeholder expectations by effectively prioritizing tasks and communicating progress on key initiatives to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales operations or revenue operations role within a complex sales organization with multiple roles, such as SDRs, AEs, and AMs. Experience in a high-growth Tech or SaaS company, particularly one that has undergone M&A activity, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate team management experience with a passion for leading and developing high-performing individuals. In-depth experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation, is mandatory. Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Fluency in both written and spoken English is necessary. An AI-curious professional who actively explores how generative AI and automation can optimize daily workflows is preferred.
