Senior Manager, Solutions Architect - East
Webflow is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect to lead and support a team of Solutions Architects in the Eastern United States. This role involves providing technical guidance and best practices to help customers build, launch, and scale their projects using Webflow's AI-native Digital Experience Platform. The position is remote-first, requiring residency in the Central or Eastern Time Zones, with an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for coaching individual contributors in real-time, joining customer calls, refining solutions, and assisting in navigating technical discovery and delivery. They will own and improve the post-sales technical journey, refine implementation guidance, and engage directly in complex customer conversations to provide technical input and model best practices. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams is essential to identify friction points, advocate for customer needs, and accelerate product adoption.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience leading technical post-sales teams in SaaS or platform environments, with a proven track record of driving adoption and customer outcomes through hands-on leadership. Deep, hands-on expertise in modern web development and architecture, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and APIs, is required. Strong leadership skills, the ability to develop high-performing teams, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
The compensation for this role varies based on geographic location, with base pay ranging from $176,000 to $250,000. This position is also eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with target amounts varying by career level and payouts based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
