Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships
The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships at CLEAR will lead the growth and management of the company's travel retail distribution partners. Reporting to the Director of Government Enrollment Services, this role focuses on expanding CLEAR's suite of travel products through both digital and physical retail channels. The position is based in New York, New York, and requires a full-time, on-site commitment.
Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new retail partnership opportunities, managing the entire partnership engagement process from initiation to launch, and fostering collaboration with existing partners to enhance performance. The role also involves conducting routine business reviews, evaluating expansion opportunities, and working cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive partnership success.
Candidates should have experience in sourcing, pitching, and closing strategic partnerships, as well as managing ongoing partner relationships. A proven track record of driving revenue growth within a partner ecosystem is essential. Strong program management, communication skills, and the ability to lead complex projects with attention to detail are also required.
CLEAR offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $140,000 to $170,000, depending on skills and experience.
