As a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Zip Co Limited, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by driving key payment partnerships. This position is integral to our organization's growth, requiring close collaboration with internal and external executives, as well as product, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Your primary objectives will include executing strategic partnerships, managing go-to-market functions for existing partners, and overseeing our partnership pipeline.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of market trends and the payment landscape to identify new opportunities. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting in-depth analyses of key verticals, utilizing tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce to create product and sales recommendations. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools to surface partnership insights, automate reporting, and identify revenue optimization opportunities across the payments ecosystem. Educating executives and sales teams on the partnership landscape and opportunities will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in roles focused on strategy, partnerships, or payments, managing key relationships with entities such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, issuers, or acquirers. Strong analytical and financial acumen, including complex modeling skills in Excel and data-driven decision-making capabilities, are essential. Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Salesforce Einstein to enhance decision-making and efficiency is highly valued. Experience in tracking deals, managing partner pipelines, and executing go-to-market strategies, along with a proven ability to lead complex deals and influence stakeholders at all levels, will contribute to your success in this role.
