Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Revenue Accounting to join its Accounting team in Sunnyvale, California. This role is pivotal in developing and optimizing revenue processes to support complex, multi-year software platform deals as the company prepares for public offering. The position requires a strategic, hands-on approach to revenue operations, focusing on sophisticated software licensing and compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for building and scaling processes related to deal structuring, order-to-cash cycles, billing, and revenue recognition for complex, bundled software platform contracts. Key duties include ensuring compliance with ASC 606, preparing technical accounting memos, collaborating with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure and approve complex deals, and preparing revenue disclosures for financial statements. Additionally, the role involves supporting monthly close activities, revenue forecasting, and audit readiness within the Accounting organization.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in revenue operations or related roles within software businesses is required. A deep understanding of ASC 606, experience with complex, multi-year software contracts, and proficiency in CRM and revenue systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite are essential. Strong analytical, process improvement, and project management skills, along with the ability to align cross-functional teams, are also necessary.

Applied Intuition offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary, equity options, and benefits. The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 to $180,000 annually.
