Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
Garner Health is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join their Growth Marketing team in New York City. This role focuses on member activation and engagement, utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance marketing efforts. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence three days a week.
In this role, you will be responsible for audience targeting, segmentation, and personalization for email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. You will collaborate with the Engineering team to address data issues and improve campaign data pipelines. Additionally, you will define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), develop performance reports, and create dashboards to measure member activation and engagement. Your work will also involve analyzing member behavior within the Garner app and executing A/B testing programs to optimize marketing communications.
Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence. Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is essential. Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and statistical analysis is also required. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
The compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually.
