Senior Marketing Communications Manager

Archer is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to enhance its external communications across corporate, product, and executive channels. This role involves collaborating with executive and marketing leaders to manage media relations, develop written content such as press releases and blogs, and provide logistical support as needed. The position is based at Archer's headquarters in San Jose, California, and requires frequent national and international travel.

Key responsibilities include partnering with Marketing Directors to create and execute compelling public relations strategies, supporting external communications for both product and corporate projects, drafting various written materials to support these efforts, and developing stories that reinforce Archer's leadership in the eVTOL and aerospace sectors. The role also involves maintaining and updating Archer's media list, collaborating with content and design teams to develop creative assets, and building relationships with top-tier media and industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in public relations or corporate communications within a high-growth technology company. Excellent writing and storytelling skills, the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, and familiarity with the media landscape across business, technology, and transportation are essential. Knowledge of the aviation industry, eVTOL technology, or sustainable mobility is considered a strong plus.

Archer offers a competitive base salary ranging from $108,480 to $150,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
