The Senior Marketing Strategist, Product at EarnIn will play a pivotal role in shaping product success by driving strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and adoption. Key responsibilities include acting as the lead marketer for a business unit or product, working alongside product teams to shape the marketing vision and strategy. The strategist will define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring a clear value proposition and effective market positioning. They will influence product roadmaps by synthesizing market, customer, and competitive insights, building audience segmentations, and opportunity sizing. Additionally, the role involves developing and refining marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences and is seamlessly integrated across all customer touchpoints.
The position requires 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and/or product marketing, preferably with a B2C company, with a track record of leading product launches. Candidates should have proven experience acting as a strategic marketing leader, driving go-to-market strategies and product adoption. The role demands strong analytical skills, exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, and the capacity to synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to build compelling positioning and messaging.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000 to $200,500, plus equity and benefits. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of working from the Mountain View office at least two days per week.
