The Senior Master Scheduler I will align schedules with project objectives and resource availability, identify potential bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies. Collaboration with Project Managers, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams is essential to gather accurate data and ensure precise program signals. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining scheduling tools and processes using ERP/MRP systems, SQL, or PowerBI to enhance reporting efficiency and quality.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Aerospace, etc.), Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline, along with at least 5 years of experience as a Scheduler in the aerospace or a similar technical industry. Proficiency in MS Project and JIRA, the ability to interpret technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences, and experience with ERP/MRP systems are required. Basic experience in writing SQL queries or building data visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to track health metrics is also necessary. U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements.

Rocket Lab offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
