As a Senior Memory Sales Manager at Samsung Semiconductor, you will be responsible for driving revenue for memory (DRAM) and storage (NAND) products within an assigned strategic customer that is a leader in AI and compute solutions. This role involves developing and executing business-development strategies that drive revenue and market-share growth, leading direct sales engagements across multiple business units and subsidiaries at the customer, and managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to sales closure.

Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing and market-intelligence activities with the customer as an ecosystem partner, partnering with product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure solutions meet the customer’s technical roadmap and Samsung’s business objectives, and providing regular updates and executive-level reports on customer engagements, pipeline health, market intelligence, and sales performance to senior Samsung leadership. Additionally, you will monitor memory market trends and the competitive landscape at the customer, translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that expand Samsung’s footprint and strategic importance within the customer organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or an Engineering-related field, with 10+ years of direct sales experience with large, strategic customers (7+ years if holding a Master’s). Experience selling semiconductors, especially memory, storage, computing, or networking products, is preferred. A proven business-development track record, strong marketing-intelligence capabilities, and at least 5 years of experience in the memory or storage market (DRAM/NAND) are also desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically and undertake 1–2 international trips each year, are essential.

Compensation for this role ranges from $205,000 to $252,000 USD, with additional incentive opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other comprehensive benefits, as well as a charitable giving match and community engagement opportunities. Employees enjoy 4+ weeks of paid time off per year, plus holidays and sick leave, along with family support options such as fertility care or adoption stipends, medical travel support, and virtual vet care. Emotional wellness resources, health and fitness facilities, and a flexible work environment are also provided to balance personal and professional life.

Samsung Semiconductor fosters an inclusive culture and a diverse workforce, empowering employees to be their true selves. The company is dedicated to building a better tomorrow for employees, customers, partners, and communities, offering growth opportunities and a supportive environment for professional development.
