Senior Mid Market Account Executive
The Senior Mid Market Account Executive at Spring Health is a pivotal role within the Commercial Sales team, responsible for driving new business growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams, including proposal, marketing, and customer success, to expand Spring Health's employer partnerships. Spring Health is a leading provider of mental health services, partnering with over 450 companies and serving 10 million people globally.
Key responsibilities include leading the sales process from initial qualification through to closing, securing new clients to meet revenue targets, and acting as the liaison between sales and proposal teams to manage RFPs. The role also involves conducting discovery calls and presentations, representing specific products such as ROI reporting and utilization reporting, attending conferences, and leveraging sales tools to execute against annual quotas.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) prior to an Account Executive role is preferred, along with proficiency in Google Office Suite. A strong understanding of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space is advantageous. The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customer meetings.
The target base salary for this position is $125,000, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options and benefits.
