Senior MLOps Engineer

Lighthouse is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to join their Data R&D team, focusing on designing, building, and maintaining robust infrastructure for machine learning solutions. This role involves working with both classical models and new LLM-powered features and AI agents, directly impacting hundreds of thousands of hotels globally.

The Senior MLOps Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines using Airflow, deploying and optimizing machine learning models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with tools like VertexAI, and creating foundational tools to enable other engineering teams to ship AI features. Collaboration with Data Scientists to improve model accuracy and scalability is also a key aspect of the role.

Candidates should have significant experience in MLOps, including deploying machine learning models and Generative AI at scale. Proficiency with GCP services such as BigQuery and VertexAI, strong skills in Python and SQL, and experience with data pipelines using Airflow are required. Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring principles are also essential.
