Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to enhance its Product Security team. This role involves conducting complex security architecture reviews, understanding modern threats and exploits against both hardware and software, and collaborating with engineering teams to build resilience into Anduril's products.

Key responsibilities include assessing the security posture of Anduril's software, hardware, and firmware, as well as third-party components used in their products. The engineer will provide expertise on real-world attack vectors, work with team members to implement and test mitigations, and plan, build, and maintain capabilities needed to execute red team projects.

Required qualifications encompass experience assessing the security of web applications, hardware, and embedded systems, leading offensive security engagements, and evaluating cloud-based and containerized environments such as AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes. Proficiency in programming languages like Rust, C/C++, Golang, or Swift, along with strong communication skills, is essential. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in the compensation package.
