Key responsibilities include leading organization design efforts aligned with strategic priorities, such as operating model design, role clarity, decision rights, and workforce planning. The manager will design and lead change management strategies for enterprise or function-level transformations, applying structured methodologies and supporting leaders through significant change moments like reorganizations and strategy shifts. Additionally, the role involves designing and delivering leadership development solutions, supporting executive and senior leadership teams in enhancing team effectiveness, leadership behaviors, and fostering a strong leadership pipeline.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, leadership management, and culture development, with a proven track record of global or multi-region involvement, is required. Strong understanding of organizational development theories and practices, business acumen in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English are essential. Additional fluency in Mandarin or Dutch languages is preferred. The candidate should also have strong project management skills and adaptability to the fast-paced biotech industry environment.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,146 to $186,567 per year.
