The role requires effective communication with all levels of the partner network and collaboration with OneTrust employees to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Additionally, the Senior Partner Sales Manager is expected to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and support partner enablement in the region.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience developing partner relationships with demonstrable outcomes in associated software businesses. An associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent military or professional experience in a related field is required. The role demands significant experience managing commercial deals through the entire lifecycle, including deal management, structuring, negotiation, and leadership skills.
