Senior People Programs Specialist
The Senior People Programs Specialist at OneTrust plays a pivotal role within the People Experience & Development (PXD) team, focusing on the design and execution of enterprise-wide people programs. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is integral to enhancing the employee and manager experience within the organization.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with PXD Program Managers to develop and implement initiatives across various pillars such as Experience, Performance, and Leadership & Development. The specialist will manage program operations, including planning, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day execution. Additionally, the role involves supporting program launches, delivering orientations, facilitating in-office activities, and developing guidance materials to ensure smooth execution.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, or related fields, along with 5–8 years of experience in HR, People Programs, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or similar areas. Essential skills include strong program execution and operational capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous initiatives. Effective collaboration and communication skills are also crucial for success in this role.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,875 to $133,312.50 USD, with individual compensation determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education or training.
