Senior Pricing Analyst
Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and analyzing functional estimates and pricing, including labor, subcontracts, other direct costs (ODC), and materials for Voyager's proposals. Key responsibilities include leading pricing efforts for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), white papers, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The role also involves preparing and presenting cost estimates to management, customer representatives, and government audit agencies, as well as supporting internal proposal reviews and customer audit/fact-finding processes.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, along with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in estimating and/or finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ProPricer are required. A comprehensive understanding of FAR, DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and analyzing their quality, as well as advanced Excel skills for building and maintaining complex cost models.
