Senior Pricing Strategist
The Senior Pricing Strategist role at Spring Health is focused on developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. This position is part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy team, working closely with sales, product, and finance departments. In this role, the Senior Pricing Strategist will be responsible for designing innovative pricing models, conducting competitive market analyses, and supporting the development of value-based pricing solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing pricing proposals, running financial models, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to implement pricing strategies and monitor their effectiveness is essential.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or consulting—preferably within the healthcare or SaaS industry—is required. Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
