Awin is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of AI-powered features across our platform, with a particular emphasis on enhancing our AI chatbot and conversational interfaces. This role is integral to shaping how AI integrates into our products, ensuring that these intelligent systems are user-centric and effectively meet customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to develop responsible and transparent AI experiences.

Key responsibilities include leading discovery initiatives for AI-driven features, identifying valuable use cases for large language model (LLM) integration, and designing conversational flows and interaction patterns for our AI chatbot. The role also involves translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences, prototyping AI interactions—including edge cases and failure states—and partnering with technical teams to understand model behaviors and constraints. Additionally, the designer will define success metrics for AI experiences, evaluate AI outputs based on user feedback, and contribute to the development of AI design principles and governance within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products. A deep understanding of human-centered design principles is essential, along with the ability to translate complex business and user needs into clear solutions. Experience in designing AI-powered or data-driven features, particularly those involving LLM-based systems and conversational interfaces, is highly desirable. The candidate should possess strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, visual communication, and content-led design principles. The ability to design for ambiguity and probabilistic AI outputs while maintaining clarity and trust is crucial. Experience collaborating with Engineering and Data teams, prototyping and testing AI interactions, and conducting usability testing are also important qualifications.
