Senior Product Designer
Intercom is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Berlin, Germany. As a leading AI Customer Service company, we are dedicated to revolutionizing customer experiences through our advanced AI agent, Fin. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI-powered products that are transforming the way businesses interact with their customers.
In this position, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end design processes for high-impact product areas, from initial concept to final execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include defining new interaction patterns and design paradigms for our AI-powered tools, sketching and prototyping ideas at various fidelities to validate decisions, and collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Maintaining high standards of craft while balancing speed and execution is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience shipping complex, high-quality software products and designing for multiple platforms, including desktop, mobile, and chat interfaces. A strong ability to balance speed and attention to detail, think end-to-end from systems thinking to interaction details, and build prototypes using tools like Framer, Figma, or code is required. Excellent storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and the ability to operate with autonomy and ownership are also crucial.
