Spring Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Member Growth team. This role focuses on enhancing the member platform to increase utilization of Spring benefits and improve user experience. The position is based in Seattle, WA, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, to identify and address user challenges related to activation, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include designing solutions to test hypotheses, shipping high-quality work to enhance the member experience, and contributing to the overall product strategy through experiments and other initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a product designer in a software company, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact on growth metrics such as acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or monetization. Essential skills include proficiency in product design, interaction design, information architecture, and UX writing. Experience with Figma and prototyping is required, and front-end development skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, a team-player mindset, and a commitment to building accessible and inclusive products.

The target base salary range for this position is $172,400 to $215,500, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options and benefits. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and internal pay equity.
