Senior Product Designer, Member Growth
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Member Growth team. In this role, you will leverage the end-to-end product design process to enhance member engagement and utilization of Spring Health's services. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to our mission of eliminating barriers to mental health care.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work with your pod to identify and understand user challenges related to activation, engagement, and retention. You will design solutions to test hypotheses, improve the member experience, and drive meaningful impacts on key areas of Spring Health's member funnel. Your responsibilities will include shipping high-quality work, partnering with various teams, and providing clear documentation and guidance to the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a product designer in a software company, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact on growth metrics such as acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or monetization. Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams is essential. Strong communication skills, a team-player mindset, and a commitment to building accessible and inclusive products are also required.
The target base salary range for this position is $172,400 to $215,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and internal pay equity.
