Senior Product Manager, AI & ML Platform
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our AI and Machine Learning (ML) platform. This role involves collaborating with engineering, data science, and product teams to build a scalable, secure, and extensible AI/ML foundation that enhances our mental healthcare services. The position is based in New York City or San Francisco, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving the AI/ML platform strategy and roadmap. Key duties include leading continuous discovery with feature teams to understand emerging AI use cases, aligning platform investments with business impact, and defining platform solutions in partnership with engineering leadership. The goal is to enable rapid experimentation, safe deployment, and scalable production use of AI solutions across all product teams.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of product management experience, including ownership of highly technical platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products. A strong understanding of AI/ML systems and workflows, demonstrated experience partnering with engineering to ship scalable systems, and excellent cross-functional communication skills are essential. Prior machine learning engineering experience is preferred but not required.
The target base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $202,400, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
